?Tips for starting: Find something you like to do and people to do it with you.
?Comments: Exercise is a regular part of my life now and I really like the fact that I can do it with people I enjoy. It is a social event for me every day. It makes me feel very happy that I have the strength and stamina that I didn't have after my cancer treatments.
